Highlights

What distinguished this project was not simply the use of technology, but rather the integration of people, technology, and workplace practices into a unified learning and onboarding system.

The blended learning architecture, incorporating Human Touchpoints, combined the flexibility of asynchronous learning with the value of human interaction, creating a more comprehensive learning experience.

Furthermore, the design of a shared learning journey across different roles strengthened team cohesion, fostered a common understanding of company practices, and enhanced the connection between team members.

The application of experiential learning principles emphasized active participation and the practical application of knowledge. Rather than simply acquiring information, employees were encouraged to actively process, apply, and transfer their learning into their day-to-day work practices.

Finally, the digitalization of company policies improved employees’ access to relevant information and enabled electronic acknowledgment that they had been informed of the policies’ content and requirements. At the same time, it strengthened documentation of the communication process and supported the company’s compliance with ISO standards.
