Katerina Antonakou

Katerina is an Adult Education and Training enthusiast. She is a Soft Skills Trainer, using experiential learning methods and techniques.

She started her journey in the training field in 2021 and has delivered numerous workshops locally, nationally, and internationally in multiple sectors and in Erasmus+.

Katerina has designed up to 8-day-long training for adults in job settings volunteering. She has delivered trainings in Hungary, Portugal, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, and Poland. Among others, she delivers topics in Soft Skills, Strategic Planning, Training for Trainers, Gender Equality, LGBTQIA+, Youth Work, and Erasmus+.

Katerina holds a Certification on HR by Workearly (300-hour), a Google’s Certificate in Project Management, and a Diploma in Project Coordination by Women4IT. Moreover, she has participated in an 8-month training course on youth workers competencies organized by SALTO YOUTH and in a 200-hour seminar on Adult Education by EKEK.

Furthermore, for the past 5 years, Katerina has been volunteering in the Erasmus Student Network (ESN). She served as President of ESN Greece during the period 2023–2025 and is a member of its International Trainers Team.

Finally, through ESN, Katerina has mentored more than 30 people and delivered more than 250 hours of workshops.
