Soft Skills Trainer | L&D Consultant
Katerina is passionate about adult education and training. She is a Soft Skills Trainer and uses experiential learning methods.
She started working in the field of Adult Education in 2021 and has delivered numerous trainings at local, national, and international levels in various fields and within the framework of Erasmus+.
Katerina has designed training programs for adults lasting up to 8 days in both professional and volunteer settings, and has delivered trainings in Hungary, Portugal, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Spain, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Armenia, and Poland. Among other topics, she provides training on Soft Skills, Strategic Planning, Training for Trainers, Gender Equality, LGBTQIA+ issues, Youth Work, and Advocacy.
She holds a Certification in Human Resource Management from Workearly (300 hours), a Google Project Management Certificate, and a Diploma in Project Management from Women4IT. She has also completed an 8-month training program on trainer competencies organized by SALTO YOUTH, as well as a 200-hour seminar on Adult Education organized by EKEK.
In addition, for the past 7 years, Katerina has been volunteering with the Erasmus Student Network (ESN). She served as President of ESN Greece during the 2023–2025 term and is a member of its International Trainers Team. Furthermore, through ESN, Katerina has mentored more than 30 individuals and delivered over 300 hours of training. Finally, she was responsible for agenda creation and content management for a three-day international ESN training conference with more than 100 participants from over 5 countries.
