Project Description
The Train the Trainer program aimed to equip participants with skills in instructional design, methodology, training techniques, and evaluation. Through a highly experiential learning experience, participants designed and presented personalized training plans, receiving constructive feedback to enhance their approach.
Evaluation
The program evaluation reached an absolute excellence rating, and all participants succeeded in the certification exams for their training competence (EOPPEP).
Highlight
Participants developed a shared communication framework for designing and delivering training programs. They redesigned their sessions to emphasize interactivity and adult learning techniques, resulting in significantly improved trainer evaluation scores.
