Project Description
We delivered distance learning to experienced executives of a multinational company on effective telephone communication. The training was participatory and interactive, designed in line with Experiential Learning principles. Trainees received a comprehensive Learning Toolkit—including PowerPoint slides, job aids, quick reference guides, reminders, an e-book, and hypermedia—and had opportunities to complete practical personal assignments using the program’s tools and models.
Evaluation
The quantitative evaluation of the program ranked at the highest levels of scoring, and the qualitative feedback extensively highlighted how realistic, well-organized, and meaningful the training process and personal practical assignments were.
Highlight
Each participant practiced extensively and received detailed feedback from trainers, guided by a specially designed rubric, highlighting their strengths and areas for improvement in telephone communication and sales.
