Project Description
We provided training tailored to participants’ job roles and transversal skills—including communication, objection handling, time management, emotional intelligence, and more. The program was fully customized to their real work environment, incorporating specially designed role plays and diverse interactive techniques.
Evaluation
The overall evaluation of the program by participants across 45 training sessions approaches 4.8 out of 5.0, based on 13 different parameters grouped into three categories: training content, training materials, and trainers.
Highlight
We successfully executed a high-intensity, resource-demanding project, running simultaneous daily sessions in multiple rooms over 15 days. Throughout the program, participants experienced positive surprises that helped reshape previously dysfunctional attitudes toward their roles. The program culminated with customized role plays featuring professional actors.
