Project Description
Participants received training on carefully selected topics identified through a thorough learning needs analysis, tailored to each individual’s profile and specific characteristics. Between training modules, coaching sessions and consulting feedback were provided, while personal reflection tools supported each team member in tracking their learning journey throughout the program.
Evaluation
The classroom training received an evaluation score of approximately 3.9 out of 4.0 from participants, based on 12 different parameters across three categories: training content, training materials, and trainers.
