Project Description
An in-person leadership development program delivered to a technology company, aimed at preparing the leadership team for an upcoming scale-up phase.
Prior to delivery, a thorough Training Needs Analysis was conducted through individual interviews and online questionnaires.
A fully tailor-made program was designed and implemented, with a focus on agility, utilizing experiential learning games and interactive exercises. Participants also completed personal assignments and received personalized feedback and one-on-one coaching tailored to their leadership style and growth areas.
Evaluation
The anonymous participant evaluation scored the program 4.8 out of 5.0. Written feedback emphasized the program’s effective customization, the positive impact of the experiential activities, and the trainers’ ability to foster critical reflection that led to real learning and behavioral change.
