Yiannis Batsis

Yiannis the Master Trainer of the Interviewing Skills training program at Game Tree. He is also a facilitator in a wide range of soft skills topics, including Change Management, Effective Communication and Leadership Skills.

He is a Senior Professional with over 20 years of experience in the services sector in an international environment. He brings a broad set of competencies, including the development of HR policies, Talent Acquisition programs, competency frameworks, training content design and curation, as well as performance improvement strategies.

His approach is strongly end-user oriented and he has served as a Master Trainer in Interviewing Skills and Service Culture across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, supporting managers and leaders in strengthening decision-making related to human resources, candidate experience and employee engagement.

His academic background includes Master’s degrees in Human Resource Management and Service Management, a Master’s in Adult Education, and certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). Additionally, he is certified in Change Management (APMG Change Management Practitioner) and in a range of tools and methodologies such as Hogan, Thomas International, Belbin, and Emergenetics, among others.

With a strong commitment to lifelong learning, he continuously enhances his knowledge and skills and also is trainer in postgraduate programs at academic institutions.
