Yiannis Batsis

Yiannis is the Interviewing Skills training program Master Trainer in Game Tree. He also serves as a facilitator in numerous soft skills topics, including Change Management, Effective Communication and Leadership.

He is a Senior Professional with more than 20 years of experience in the service sector, working in an international, matrix environment, helping people unleash their potential. Yiannis possesses a versatile skill set encompassing HR policy crafting, Talent Acquisition, competency framework development, learning content curation, and performance enhancement strategies. His user-centric approach has consistently yielded exceptional results, whether it be revitalizing HR and talent management programs or crafting dynamic learning interventions spanning the breadth of Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Yiannis is armed with an impressive educational background, including MSc degrees in HRM and Service Management, an M. Ed in Adult Learning, and the prestigious SHRM-SCP certification. Committed to lifelong learning, he continually enhances his knowledge and skillset by acquiring various accreditations in HR tools and teaching as an Adjunct lecturer in master’s Programs at various esteemed institutions.

Since 2021, he has been based in Athens, Greece.
