Aggeliki Andritsou

Aggeliki is an enthusiastic and results-oriented Trainer with over 10 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs that promote employee development and engagement.

Since starting her career in 2010, she has worked in large organizations, holding roles as a Corporate Trainer and Training Officer, gaining valuable experience in both customer service and internal staff development.

She is a dynamic member of Game Tree’s Soft Skills Training team and also specializes in eLearning instructional design, creating engaging content tailored to the needs of adult learners.

With a strong foundation in Adult Learning principles, Aggeliki is committed to delivering practical and impactful learning experiences that support individual growth and enhance overall performance.

She holds a degree in Philosophy–Pedagogy–Psychology, with a major in Psychology, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and is a Certified Adult Trainer by EOPPEP. She has also completed studies in Music Therapy, enriching her approach to emotional intelligence, communication and learner connection.
