Our Story

We offer an extraordinary training experience

Having experienced the power of an effective learning journey and the value of modern learning methodologies, we decided to offer something different in the field of Corporate Learning and Soft Skills training.

This is how Game Tree was born. “Game” because games are one of the learning techniques we strongly believe in. “Tree” because we have a solid trunk and flexible branches, offering shelter and inspiration to those seeking meaningful learning experiences with a positive impact.

Launch (2015)

We began offering our Soft Skills training services while simultaneously developing our own toolbox of Experiential Games, in collaboration with top-tier international agencies in the field of Games Design.

Honorary Distinction for our Train the Trainer program (2016)

We were honored with a distinction for our overall contribution to Train the Trainer programs at the 2016 Education Festival—an initiative by Skywalker.gr that celebrates learning practices with a positive social impact.

Implementation of a Strategic Training Program (2018)

We successfully delivered a large-scale corporate training program, engaging 300 participants over 15 consecutive days through multiple parallel sessions.

Kirkpatrick Certification for Game Tree Trainers (2020)

We were awarded the prestigious certification by Kirkpatrick Partners, the world’s leading authority in learning evaluation.

Professional Credentials from the Institute for Experiential Learning (2021)

We earned professional credentials from the leading international institution in Experiential Learning, for both our on-site and online training programs.

Shortlisted at the Learning Technologies Awards (2021)

We were honored to be named a finalist at the international Learning Technologies Awards—the leading independent recognition in the global L&D industry—and take pride in being the only Greek company to achieve this distinction.

Collaboration with the Athens University of Economics and Business (2022)

We commenced our collaboration as Guest Lecturers in academic courses at the Athens University of Economics and Business.

UN WACE Global Challenge (2023)

We participated in the United Nations WACE Global Challenge, where Game Tree's contribution was recognized in three key areas: Decent Work & Economic Growth, Quality Education, and Sustainable Cities & Communities.
