We support learning reinforcement through peer learning and coaching, diaries, logs, checklists, e-questionnaires, and follow-up meetings with stakeholders and trainees, culminating in a comprehensive project report.

Approach

During training, we apply Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle to encourage participants to reflect on their experiences, extract meaningful insights, and make conscious decisions that foster effective behavior in new situations. We also empower participants to take ownership of their personal development while fostering positive interdependence and collaboration within the group.
